Hello, I was wondering if someone can assist me. I am requesting information on how to obtain the necessary application for the Chopra Foundation matching Funds program. Please send me information on your matching fund program application. I work for Greg Reitman the Producer/Director of the feature documentary film "Rooted in Peace" Greg has recently interviewed Deepak Chopra to appear in the film at the center in New York City. As a result of the interview I was informed of the matching funds program. I am the "Rooted in Peace Director of Fund Raising, and I have been asked by Greg Reitmen as a request of Deepak Chopra to inquire about the program. Please advise.
