How to support my cardiovascular system?

by Mariana Bozesan

As always, the doctor's advice is the most important and supercedes any advice I could ever give, so follow his or her advice. From the nutritional and lifestyle perspective, here are my recommendations on how to support the cardiovascular system.

  • For an overall guideline on healthy nutrition, please refer to my own book Diet for a New Life that contains a wealth of information on food, exercise, supplementation, emotional mastery, and so on.
  • Essential Fatty Acids: This is crucial. You can order the best price/performance by going to the SageEra Shop and click onto the Oil, Enzymes, Green Food icon which contains the face of the world's most renown expert in oils and my dear friend Udo Erasmus. You can also listen to the interview I performed with him, which is available here: Udo Erasmus PhD on SageEra.
  • Specific Supplementation: From our shop area go to Vitamin Research Products and consider using Policosanol, L-Arginine, Gugulipid, Garlic extract, CoQ10, Methyl Caps, Grape Seeds Extract; please make sure you do research the website itself to find the scientific evidence and see what fits best for your own particular condition;
  • Additional books: In addition, I would highly recommend the (quite scientific and extremely well researched) books by Ray Kurzweil, Fantastic Voyage & The 10 % Health Solution. In general, Kurzweil is an author whom I always recommend reading if you are interested in knowing what the future brings. He is amazing!
