Once the body gets into balance through alkalization, the body will automatically release fat from all the places where it has been storing it. Thighs, belly, buttocks and love handles are fat storage areas. The body has maintained fat in these places so it is readily available to neutralize the acid that is formed through a typical modern acidic diet. Once the body no longer needs these deposits, it automatically lets go. However, it is important to eat enough food so the body doesn’t go into a starvation mode whereby holding on to the fat reserves. Therefore, I do not believe in a reduced calories diet.
A note of caution: What remains after the fat is released is loose skin. The only way to tighten this up is through regular exercise – at least 30 minutes per day - and movement.
