How can I lose weight with my health disorder?

by Mariana Bozesan

When you are not feeling well, it is difficult to focus on losing weight, in fact, the opposite tends to be true. We may be moved to eat unconsciously, larger quantities and other unhealthy things to compensate for the discomfort we are facing. Unfortunately, this is when it is most important to eat a healthy diet, and be aware that your disorder may actually be caused by unhealthy eating habits. The U.S. Surgeon general issued a report in 2001, stating "Overweight and obesity are associated with an increased risk for coronary heart disease; type 2 diabetes; endometrial, colon, postmenopausal breast, and other cancers; and certain musculoskeletal disorders, such as knee osteoarthritis."

Many of the experts involved with Sageera offer advice that may help with your health disorder. If you are experiencing pain, our first recommendation is to review the energy-based techniques taught by Fred Gallo, PhD. In addition, Dr. Ellen Cutler's enzyme therapy is helpful for a number of metabolic disorders and immune deficiencies as well as eating disorders such as anorexia and bulimia. Losing weight will then be a positive by-product of your becoming healthier.
