How can I lose weight easily?

by Mariana Bozesan

Begin with looking at your motivation for losing weight. If you really decide to lose weight, then doing what you need to do becomes easy.

There are some easy first steps.

  1. Drink pure water or a green drink at room temperature before your meal and not during or after your meal.

  2. Your plate should contain 70 percent high-water content whole fresh and organic salads and vegetables

  3. If you are not vegetarian, decide upfront whether you want to have a protein (meat or fish) or carbohydrate (noodles, rice, potatoes) meal and never mix the two in the same meal. This should represent less than 30 percent of your meal.

  4. Ensure the intake of essential fats such as contained in avocados as well as cold pressed olive oil, flaxseed oil or perfected oil blends.

  5. Consume at least one gallon of green drink throughout your day to alkalize your body so it can release the fats for it doesn’t need it to compensate for an acidic life style.

  6. Take enzymes to ensure proper digestion and assimilation of nutrients.

  7. Take nutritional supplements as an insurance policy for better health and vitality.

  8. Significantly reduce acid-forming foods such as processed white carbohydrates (bread, rice, pasta), dairy products, meat, caffeine, soft drinks, alcohol, deserts including sweet fruits (such as bananas), smoking and negative thoughts and emotions.

  9. Consume mostly organic produce and foods whenever possible.

  10. Focus on the results you are after. Make eating fun. Reward your successes in weight loss. Celebrate life.
