Epigenetics provides new view on diet, cancer, bipolar disorder, and aging

Permanent weight loss and cancer prevention go hand in hand

by Mariana Bozesan

Garlic and cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, and kale are crucial for permanent weight loss, endless energy, and cancer prevention.

Traditionally, cancer was believed to be caused by genetic damage and DNA mutations that can turn off our natural defense mechanisms and make us receptive to cancer and other degenerative diseases.

However, from epigenetics, we learn that less than 5% of people can refer to genetically inherited DNA damage as the cause of disease. Biologist Bruce Lipton assures us that 95% of health degeneration come form the environment, which Lipton calls perception.

In other words, the way we perceive our environment influences our health, our appearance, and our mental condition. Also, newest research done by professor Dashwood, from the Linus Pauling Institute, found out that the sulforaphane contained in cruciferous vegetables and garlic helps prevent cancer. These vegetables can help “restore normal cellular function and suppress tumor growth” as well as address heart disease, stroke, neurodegeneration, bipolar disorder, epilepsy, and aging.

So, remember that your body is made of 70% water. Thus, every time you eat, make sure to give your body 70% high water content foods such as salads, vegetables, and legumes. This will ensure not only that you lose weight and keep it off, but you will have endless energy, and help prevent cancer and other diseases.

No matter what you do, remember to celebrate your life and make it a masterpiece!

Sincerely, yours
