Daily Schedule and Routines
"There is no passion to be found in playing small — in settling for a life that is less than what you are capable of living."
— Nelson Mandela

by Mariana Bozesan
From my personal experience I know that when I develop a plan upon which I can easily act, I can embark on the road that takes me to the completion of anything I ever want. As an example, I would like to share my daily routine with you. Please feel free to use it in creating your own schedule because as Tony Robbins reminds us: "What you talk about is a dream. What you envision is exciting. What you plan becomes possible. What you schedule is real." So, now you have the opportunity to make your dream a reality by scheduling your weight loss plan.

Every day during our meals together we cultivate consciously the feeling of gratitude for life’s gifts while realizing that every day above ground is a great day. In addition, we have an outcome each day. For instance, Monday we practice the Law of Giving as taught by Dr. Deepak Chopra in his book, The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success. We learn how to give and to receive gracefully. | | 9:00–10:00pm | Bedtime routine including breathing exercises, journaling, massage with warm sesame oil, soothing music, calming literature or poetry as well as giving thanks for and celebrating the day. |
