Daily Habits for Gratitude and Forgiveness

Cultivate daily the power of gratitude and forgiveness by thinking of all the people in your life whom you love and who love you. Think of all the things that you are grateful for and forgive all those — including yourself — who have caused you harm in the past. Just decide to let go of all negative feelings in your life. Remember that you are the master of your feelings and not the other way around. Realize that compared to most people on earth you are very blessed.

Furthermore:
  1. Take a moment and look in the mirror every morning. Thank each and every one of your organs for serving you so wonderfully for so long. Thank your heart for beating 70 times per minute without interruption since you were born. Thank your brain for serving you and your body without your having to tell it what to do. Thank your eyes for showing you the beauty of life in all its color and magic. Thank your arms and legs for being there for you every time you use them. Thank Existence for being alive and honor each moment because this is all there is. You can use gratitude affirmations such as: "I am grateful to those I love and those who love me. I am grateful for my open heart, deep love, compassion and my absolute faith as the guiding forces in my life. I am grateful for my vibrant health, intelligence and beauty. I am grateful for absolutely everything in my life right now, the abundance in my life as well as the things that were challenging but that changed my life to the better. I am grateful to Existence and all of my spiritual teachers, helpers, healers and supporters. I am grateful for all things that are happening from now on. I am grateful for my life. I love life!"

  2. Practice daily affirmations such as "I have an open and compassionate heart. I have within the light of the Universe as my universal source of faith, intelligence and love. I am divinely guided. I am one with God and a force for good. I am humble, grateful and aware at every moment of my life. I have an outstandingly healthy and vital body that I exercise daily with joy. I eat only healthy foods that give me life force, heal my body, reinforce my vibrant health and give me energy and strength. I weigh my ideal weight of xxx. I let go of old hurts and beliefs with pleasure. I have a healthy and loving family life that is enhanced by influential, smart and successful friends and business associates. I empower people to create a life of true fulfillment for themselves and others. All I need is within me NOW!"

  3. Cultivate empowering emotions such as love, contribution, cheerfulness, passion for life, determination, flexibility, understanding and tolerance, curiosity, a sense of wonder as well any other emotion that makes you happy and fulfilled.

  4. Make yourself feel good by giving yourself regular massages and mineral baths. By stimulating skin you will automatically feel well and appreciate your body beyond measure. As a result, stress may disappear from your life forever.

  5. Care for your soul and cultivate your spirituality: Meditate, pray or contemplate daily, listen to music, meet with a friend, watch empowering movies, paint, sing, read inspiring literature daily, write poetry or fiction, go bowling, dance, go (window) shopping, collect jokes and read them regularly to make you laugh without specific reason, journal your magic moments daily.


You are very blessed and you know it. Now it is time to acknowledge it!
