What can I do to bring down my BMI?

by Mariana Bozesan

A high BMI can be due to the fact that you are an athlete and have strong muscles. If this is not the case and you are really interested in losing fat, there are several things you can do. Assuming, you want to lose weight and regain your health, the most important thing you can do is to alkalize your body so it can let go of fat. Like body temperature, our bodies need to have to have a constant pH level that is slightly alkaline. In our society most people, however, have overly acidic bodies. If you are overweight you need to know that your fat is actually protecting you from dying by neutralizing the acidic environment created by your eating (sugars, refined carbohydrates, meats, dairy) and lifestyle habits including stress, alcohol, smoking or drugs.

The moment you begin alkalizing your body by eating more than 70 percent of organic, fresh, leafy, green vegetables and legumes in one meal, reducing sugars, soft drinks and refined carbohydrates, as well as eating less meats and heavy protein, you put your body in a position to let go of the previously life-saving fat. That fat is no longer needed to protect you from the acid, that's why the body lets go of it.

You can increase the weight-loss/alkalizing process by taking baking soda with each meal or better by drinking one gallon (4l) of green drink (dried grasses and veggies mixed with water) per day. You can buy green drink powder in any health food store, online or from our shop.

One word of caution: While losing weight make sure you consume plenty of vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids to replenish and give your body what it needs to build new and healthy cells.

Also, replacing unhealthy eating and life style habits takes time and you need emotional support. Therefore, I am inviting you to join the risk-free Diet for a New Life Program along with its coaching and support community. If you don't like the results you get your money back. No questions asked.
