Are you a Leader in Consciousness?

In this article, "Self Growth", I share with you some of my latest reflections on leadership and self-growth. In it I argue that in order for us to contribute to much needed global healing, leadership has to happen in all of us through Self-growth from the egoic, ordinary Self to the transpersonal Self. It must be an internal job until we come to the realization that spirit is everywhere, there is no duality.
